Finding your baggage belt
Your baggage will arrive on one of the belts in the baggage claim area. The large information display near Belt 3 (map) will tell you which belt is allocated to your flight. Each belt also has its own display that indicates which flight it is serving.
You can also use our airport planner to locate your designated belt. Simply enter your flight number to get started.
Oversized or fragile items
If you checked-in oversized or fragile items, then these will be delivered via two special conveyors.
• Belt A is located between Belts 2 and 3
• Belt B is located between Belts 7 and 8
Pets and animals
If you’re travelling with animals, then an airline representative will deliver these to you in person at the baggage claim area. Please contact the Airline Baggage Service office near Belt 1 (map) if you need any assistance.
Trolleys and porters
Baggage trolleys are provided free of charge throughout the baggage claim area. If you need help with your baggage then our porters are available for a fixed fee.
All Al Maha customers, special assistance travellers and unaccompanied minors receive complimentary assistance with their baggage.
Prohibited items
Please ensure your baggage does not contain any of the prohibited items on this list. These will be confiscated and you won’t be able to retrieve them at any time. Please visit our Security & Customs page for more information.
Lost or damaged baggage
If your baggage is lost or if it arrives in a damaged condition please contact an airline representative at the nearest information desk for assistance (map).
